2. The maximum amount of cashback is 2,000 Baht / primary card / billing cycle (calculated from all cashback rate). All transactions incurred by the supplementary card shall be calculated as spending of the primary card.
3. The Company will calculate the eligible amount from accumulated spending amounts of credit cards, excluding transaction from investment unit purchase/mutual funds, Unit Linked Insurance (MCC Code 6211), foreign currency exchange (MCC Code 6051, 4829) installment plan, personal loan and hire purchase, cash advance withdrawal, interest and credit usage fee, penalty, fees and taxes as well as cancelled or returned goods/services.
4. The billing cycle of credit card accounts is on 11^th day of current month until 10^th day of next month. The Company will calculate the eligible the cashback into the primary card accounts within 90 days after the end of billing cycle (10^th day of every month). In case there are non-receive of cash back,cardholders shall inform The Company within 30 days after such period ends and in case of incorrectness of cashback, please inform the company within 30 days from cashback receiving date
5. The Company reserves the right to prevail of reference from the company’s data. Cardholders have to keep sale slip when the company requests the evidence, otherwise the company will be deemed that data is correct.
6. This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
7. This privilege is not transferable or convertible to cash or other privileges.
8. The Company reserves the rights not to grant cashback for the customer as follows :
   • Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” (the measure for customer who affected by Coronavirus) in term of Payment Skipping and in term of Debt Restructuring with special interest rate 12%.
   • Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” after card was approved.
9. The Company reserves the right for active cardholders with payment history in good standing under  the Company’s criteria and comply with terms and conditions until the date the cash back is credited into the credit card account, The Company reserves the right to cancel or revoke or charge back all or some of cashback benefit if the company found any fraud, actions that illegal laws or related regulators such as Bank of Thailand (BOT) including claim for damages from Cardholders.
10. The Company reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions, methods and other rights hereunder by giving notice on www.aeon.co.th In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final

Details
Coverage	This insurance covers any losses or injuries to the Insured arising from bodily injury, which is caused by an accident, resulting to loss of life, dismemberment, loss of sight or permanent disability within 180 days from the date of the accident or the injury causes the Insured to receive continuous medical treatment as an in-patient in hospital and loss of life occurs later because of such injury, the Company will pay compensation in accordance with the sum insured stated in the Schedule as follows:
	100% of the sum insured	for loss of life
	100% of the sum insured	for permanent disability which continues not less than 12 months after the accident or if there is any medical indication that the Insured suffers a permanent disability.
	100% of the sum insured	for loss of both hands from the wrist joint or both feet from the ankle joint, or loss of sight for both eyes.
	100% of the sum insured	for loss of one hand from the wrist joint and one foot from the ankle joint.
	100% of the sum insured	for loss of one hand from the wrist joint and loss of sight in one eye.
	100% of the sum insured	for loss of one foot from the ankle joint and loss of sight for in eye.
	60% of the sum insured	for loss of one hand from the wrist joint.
	60% of the sum insured	for loss of one foot from the ankle joint.
	60% of the sum insured	for loss of sight in one eye.
	The Company shall compensate only one item of loss which has the highest amount. The liability of the Company for compensation for all claims shall not exceed the limit of liability stated in the above during the period of insurance.
Exception	1.Any Loss or Injury arising from/ or in consequence of the following causes: Action of the Insured while under the influence of alcohol, addictive drugs, narcotic drugs to the extent of being unable to control one’s mind. The term “under the influence of alcohol” in case of having a blood test refers to a blood/alcohol level of 150mg percent and over. Suicide or attempted suicide or self-inflicted injury. Infections except pyogenic infections, tetanus, or rabies from a wound or cut suffered as a result of an accident. Medical treatment or surgical treatment except the necessary treatment for the injury which is covered under this Insurance Policy and occurring within the period of this Insurance Policy. Miscarriage and abortion. Dental care or root canal treatment except dental treatment which is given within 7 days from the date of accident. Replacement of or new sets of dentures, Dental Crowns, Artificial denture. Food Poisoning. Backache as a result of Disc herniation, Spondylolisthesis, Degenerative disc disease, Spondylosis, Defect or Pars interarticularis (Spondylolysis) except if there is a fracture or dislocation of spinal cord as a result of an accident. War (whether declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, civil war, revolution, insurrection, civil commotion, popular rising against the government, riot, strike. Terrorism Ionizing radiations or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel. The radioactive toxic explosive or other hazardous property of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component thereof. 2. Loss or Injury which occurs While the Insured is racing of all kinds of car or boat, horse racing, ski racing including jet-ski, skate racing, boxing, parachute jumping (except for the purpose of life saving), boarding or traveling in a hot-air balloon, gliding, bungee jumping, or diving with oxygen tank and breathing equipment under water. While the Insured is riding or traveling on a motorcycle. While the Insured is boarding or traveling in an aircraft which has no license for carrying passengers or does not operate as a commercial aircraft. While the Insured pilots or works as a crew in any aircraft. While the Insured is taking part in a brawl or taking part in inciting a brawl. While the Insured is committing a felony or while the Insured is being arrested, under arrest, or escaping the arrest. While the Insured serves as a soldier, police, or a volunteer and participates in war or crime suppression.  If the time served is more than 30 days, the Company shall refund the premium from the date of service until such service is ended.  After such time, the Insurance shall become effective again until the expiry date on the Schedule.
