    Terms and Conditions : 

    1. Exclusively for all of Big C World Mastercard and Big C Platinum Visa Credit Cardholders issued by AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“Company”) when you have accumulated spending for selected items at Big C Online only (On Website or Big C Plus Application) pursuant to the conditions prescribed herein during 1 June 2023 - 31 August 2023 (92 days)
    2. Cardholders will get cash back as follows:
      2.1. Accumulated spending from 3,000 – 4,999 THB, get cash back 100 THB.
      2.2. Accumulated spending from 5,000 – 9,999 THB, get cash back 200 THB.
      2.3. Accumulated spending from 10,000 THB and up, get cash back 500 THB.
      (maximum cash back 500 THB/ primary card/ promotion period)
    3. Cardholders must register to participate in this campaign via (1) SMS by typing BH3@ followed by 16-digits credit card number (without spaces) and send to 4221475 through AIS, dtac, TrueMove H mobile network (3 THB charge / time, excluding VAT) (2) register via AEON THAI MOBILE Application (Free of charge), (3) www.aeon.co.th (Free of charge) within campaign period and receive the confirmation (1 time / card account / campaign). Registered card account cannot deregister or transfer spending amount for joining other campaigns of the Company. Please retain transaction documents and relevant evidences to prove your eligibility.
    4. The Company will calculate the eligible amount from accumulated spending amounts of credit cards including primary card and supplementary card(s). The Company reserves the right to give cash back to primary cardholder only. Spending on product or service payments, installment loans, loans and hire purchase, any merchant investment unit purchase/mutual funds, Unit Linked Insurance (MCC Code 6211) foreign currency exchange (MCC Code 6051,4829), cash advance withdrawals, interest, credit usage fee, penalty, fees and taxes as well as cancelled and refunded transaction shall be excluded when calculating the eligible amount.
    5. The Company will rebate cardholders the cash back into primary card account within 90 days from campaign end date. If the cash back has not been received or in case of incorrectness of cash back, please inform the Company within 30 days after such periods end.
    6. Cash back is the exclusive rights of the cardholders and is not transferable, changeable, exchangeable to cash or other rights or other services.
    7. The Company reserves the rights not to grant cash back for the customer as follows :
      • Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” after participating in this campaign.
      • Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” (the measure for customer who affected by Coronavirus) in term of Payment Skipping and in term of Debt Restructuring with special interest rate 12%.
    8. Participation in this campaign is reserved for active cardholders with payment history in good standing under the Company’s criteria throughout the campaign and up until the cash back receiving date. The cash back will not be granted if (1) overpayment is made into cardholder’s credit card account; (2) cardholders uses credit card or loan for any purpose in contrary to the law, public order or good morals, for commercial purpose or for the business of customer, customer’s family, relatives or close acquaintances; (3) cardholders uses credit card or loan in the manner not complying with the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Company or the terms and conditions of this campaign. The Company reserves the right to cancel the cash back if the cardholder is later found to be unqualified or ineligible.
    9. The Company reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions, methods and other rights hereunder by giving notice on www.aeon.co.th In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
    10. Company reserves the right for the cardholders who has good payment history without being default for payment on all of any credit card and/or facility having with the Company from the commencing date of Campaign Period until cash back calculation period.
    11. Where these terms and conditions are in Thai and foreign languages, if there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies the Thai version shall prevail for interpretation.
