Terms and Conditions
  1. This privilege offers only AEON Credit Cards issued in Thailand (Except Corporate card) issued in Thailand only under following conditions;
    • Applying AEON Happy Plan from 10,000 THB up/sales slip for installment period from 6 months and up during March 11, 2015 – June 10, 2015.
    • Limit cash back amount 2,000 THB/primary card number/ cycle (from 11th of the current month to 10th of the following month).
    • Company reserves the right to grant cash back to credit cardholders that applying AEON Happy Plan via The automated phone system (IVR) at 02-2665-0123 Press 3 and www.aeon.co.th only.
    • Company will post cash back to credit card limit of Primary card within 2 billing cycles after closing date in each billing cycle (In case of Supplemental card, cash back will be credited to the Primary card).
    • Cash back could not be exchanged to cash/products or transferred rights. Any argument regarding cash back, card member must contact the Company within 90 days after campaign period.
    • Company reserves the right to grant 1% cash back in case credit cardholders make early payment prior to the chosen installment period and also the right to demand the cash back granted to the credit cardholders.
  2. This privilege offers only AEON Happy Plan within Credit Card Limit under following conditions:
    • Interest rate 20% per year with declining balance rate.
    • The interest rate does not take into account the customer changes the amount of such payments if the customer erosion payment for goods and services on March 15, 2013, but has made the transfer to the Happy Plan program on April 1, 2013, the system will calculate interest with declining balance rate from the date the Company advanced payment to the merchant.
    • Priority of repayment are as following:
      - Fee and interest rate as shown on payment advice.
      - Spending from cash advances as shown on payment advice.
      - Spending from purchase of products & services as shown on payment advice.
      - Spending by AEON Happy Plan participated as shown on payment advice.
      - Spending from cash advances, purchase of goods & services and participating AEON Happy Plan that have not shown on payment advice, respectively.
    • When credit cardholders join the list AEON Happy Plan, credit cardholders will make monthly installment payment equally. For the last installment payment will be the difference due to declining interest rate calculation.
    • Credit cardholders can apply installment program from 11th of the current month to 10th of the following month where the number of apply is not limited. This program is part of credit limit.
    • The number of items and the number of transactions are unlimited for each billing period. The value of each item must be at least 3,000 baht and the minimum monthly payment of 500 baht.
    • Installment period 3, 6, 9 or 10 months.
    • Apply AEON Happy Plan via 02-665-0123 press 3 or www.aeon.co.th.
    • AEON shall inform credit cardholder s the monthly installment amount and the chosen installment period in the payment advice of that purchase circle billing.
    • Credit cardholders shall maintain current status throughout AEON Happy Plan program without any default of payment of any credit card and/or any other credit having with the Company from the date of participating.
    • Credit cardholders shall maintain membership status throughout AEON Happy Plan program. In case of membership cancellation, credit cardholder will be charged the full amount according to the remaining outstanding installments immediately.
    • Company reserves the rights to allow only primary cardholders to make the AEON Happy Plan transactions. Under the primary account, cardholders can select any transactions received from supplementary cards to apply for AEON Happy Plan. Products and services obtained from cash advances, interests, and any fees or charges are excluded from AEON Happy Plan.
    • Credit cardholders must agree and accept that merchandises cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once credit cardholders have applied for AEON Happy Plan.
  3. Credit cardholders must be responsible for the monthly payments and expenses incurred from the use of AEON Happy Plan. Credit Cardholders must concur and follow the terms and conditions of AEON Happy Plan and the conditions of the Company’s credit cards and these terms and conditions are part of credit card’s contract.
  4. The spending calculation does not include other financial transactions such as purpose loan, cash advance, all types of loan, penalty fee, other fee, cancelled transaction and refund transaction.
  5. The Company is not responsible for any loss of data or other technical problems. Credit cardholders should keep proof of participation in the Program and sale slip for verification in case of necessary. In case of conflict, Company’s decision is final and no claim will be considered.
  6. Company reserves the right for the change of terms and conditions without prior notice. In addition, the Company will not be responsible for the mistaken due to the printing process.
  7. These terms and conditions are prepared in Thai and English. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between Thai and English versions, Thai version shall prevail.
