Terms & Conditions :

1. AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (Company) reserves the right to participate in this campaign for  government officer  who apply AEON credit card /Digital Card and pass the spending criteria (Except Corporate Card )
2. Campaign Period : 1 June 2023 – 31 August 2023
3. Get Lazada e-Coupon 200 THB / Primary card when customer apply for AEON credit cards and Digital Loan (Except for corporate card) via AEON online channel and spending from 5,000 THB up within 60 days after card approved (Excluding computer and Tablet at AEON Branches ).
4. For government officer who apply AEON Credit Card (Primary Card Only) within campaign period, get approved and pass the spending criteria.
   • Accumulate spending amount of  15,000 THB, within 60 days after card approved Receive Lock&Lock Eco fryer 1.6L 1Prize (Claim Value 2,990 THB).
5. For government officer who apply AEON Digital Loan within campaign period, get approved and pass the spending criteria.
   • Accumulate AEON Happy Pay / Your Cash amount of 15,000 THB, within 60 days after card approved, Receive Lock&Lock Eco fryer 1.6L 1Prize (Claim Value 2,990 THB).
   - Members must have an outstanding balance of at least 3,000 THB on the date of data retrieval, but not more than 120 days from the date of card approval.
   Remark : The Company reserves the right to give premium for cardholder who have accumulative spending as prescribed conditions  within 60 days from card approval date (limit 1 piece/primary card/campaign period)
6. Cardholders of AEON Credit Card (Primary Card Only) and digital loan must register to participate in the promotion through the channels specified by the company within 60 days. From the date of card approval by registering 1 time / credit card or digital loan number as follows
   - SMS registration: Type GOV@ follows with by16-digit of Card and digital loan number without space, and send to 4221475 Cardholders must receive confirmation message in order to complete the registration process. Registration can be done via Dtac, AIS and TrueMove H mobile network ( 3 THB registration fee/time, excluding VAT).
   - Website registration: www.aeon.co.th or AEON THAI MOBILE Application (Free of charge), Cardholders must receive confirmation email to complete the registration process.
   - Please keep proof of registration to verify eligibility. If there is no such evidence in case that the Company requests to investigate. The Company reserves the right not to give premiums for this promotion.
   - In case of the customer registered with another registration code other than those specified in this promotion, if the system display that the registration is successful, The Company reserves the right not to give premium in this promotion.
   Remark :
   1. For government officer who have registered to participate in this campaign, the Company reserves the right for participating in other Activation Campaigns that will be held during 1 June 2023 – 31 August 2023.
   2. In case of customers who are government officials and have registered GOV@ code (registration before or after, subject to GOV@ registration) reserves the right to refrain from participating in other Activation Campaign promotions that will be held during Date 1 June 2023 – 31 August 2023
   
7. Lazada e-Coupon details, as follows :
   • Get Lazada e-Coupon 200 THB via AEON THAI MOBILE Application when spending through AEON credit cards and Digital Loan with accumulated amount of 5,000 THB within 60 days after approval date. (Excluding delivery cost) and using promotion code at Lazada Website or Application only.
   • Receiving Lazada e-Coupon limit 1 right / card / campaign.
   • When receiving the privilege, it cannot be canceled in all cases.
   • This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other Lazada promotion and regulated product.
   • Discount cannot be used with Mobile Top-ups, Gold, Baby Milk Formula 1&2, Gift Voucher and Some electronics device and Bills payment.
   • Customers are responsible for remaining balance after discount.
   • Expired Date and condition of Lazada e-Coupon are as specified by Lazada Company Limited.
8. The value of premium is market price in March 2023 and may change or differ from other distributions and the Company shall not compensate the price difference of premium (s) in any.
9. The Company reserves the right to provide substitute premium (s) of similar value of other premiums.
10. The product warranty is as specified by the service provider. In case there is any of a defective product from delivery and in case the product has a problem from production, please contact.

11. The spending calculations for receiving privilege are as follows:
    • The Company will calculate the eligible amount from accumulated spending amounts of participating credit cards (primary card only). Any merchant insurance category, loan and hire purchase transaction, investment unit purchase/Mutual Funds (MCC Code 6211), foreign currency exchange (MCC Code 6051, 4829), cash advance withdrawal, interest and credit usage fee shall be excluded when calculating the eligible amount.
    • Accumulated spending of supplementary card(s) will be calculated into primary card. The company reserves the right to give premium to primary cardholder only.
    • For Member card holder the spending calculation is from financial transactions of AEON Happy Pay / Your Cash.
    • Cash back are calculated from the spending amount via Digital YourCash-A and Digital Your Cash,only for buying product or service as an installments without using card (AEON Happy Pay) (by scanning QR Code via AEON EDC machine at AEON member merchant only), transfer YourCash to PromptPay and revolving loan service (YourCash) which is cardless cash withdrawals by scanning QR code via AEON cash machines and ATM K-Bank nationwide.
    • Big C Exclusive Card, the spending calculation is from the use of exclusive card to financial transactions from AEON Happy Pay / Your Cash.
12. The company reserves the rights not grant premium in this campaign for the customer as follows:
    - Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” (the measure for customer who affected by Coronavirus) in term of Payment Skipping and in term of Debt Restructuring with special interest rate 12%.
    - Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” after participating in the campaign.
    
13. Company reserves the right for the cardholder who has good payment history without being default for payment on all of any credit card and/loan or facility having with the Company from the commencing date of Campaign Period until the premium calculation period.
14. Participation in this campaign is reserved for active cardholders with payment history in good standing under the Company’s criteria throughout the campaign and up until the premiums receiving date. The premiums will not be granted if (1) overpayment is made into cardholder’s credit card account; (2) cardholders uses credit card or personal loan for any purpose in contrary to the law, public order or good morals, for commercial purpose or for the business of cardholder, cardholder’s family, relatives or close acquaintances; (3) cardholders uses credit card or personal loan in the manner of not complying with the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Company or the terms and conditions of this campaign. The Company reserves the right to cancel the premiums if the cardholder is later found to be unqualified or ineligible.
15. The company is not responsible for any loss of data or technical problems, cardholders should keep evidence of participation in the program and sales slip for reference and for verification if necessary.
16. Company will send premium within 150 days from the end of the promotion If the cardholders has not received the Premium, the cardholders must inform the Company within 30 days after such period end. In case the stipulated time has elapsed, it will be deemed that the cardholder has received the Premium completely. In case the cardholders denies receiving the premium or cannot be contacted, it shall be deemed that the cardholders waive his/her right to receive the premium.
17. The premiums cannot be exchanged for cash. Other products, other services, other rights or transfer rights to others.
18. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. By announcing via www.aeon.co.th and will not be responsible for typographical errors and advertisements. In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.

20. Where these terms and conditions are in Thai and foreign languages, if there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies, the Thai version shall prevail for interpretation.
