1. What is "AEON THAI MOBILE" ?

AEON THAI MOBILE is official application deployed by AEON THANASINSAP (THAILAND) PCL. Customer who have AEON Credit Card / Member Card that issued in Thailand ,can be accessed to your monthly billing / availble limit information by register  the application for the first time and the next time, you can log in with a 6-digit PIN code to access it.

2. Is there any charge for download or using AEON THAI MOBILE?

AEON THAI MOBILE is free of charge to download and use all functions (Expect Internet fee charged by carriers) 

3. What is available OS (operating systems)?

iOS11.0 or later Android 6 or later

4. How to download AEON THAI MOBILE Application?

Available for download at App Store / Google Play only.
For HUAWEI mobile users, open App store/ Google Play store and type "AEON THAI MOBILE" then, click Download/ Update.
If you cannot solve the problem, please contact HUAWEI support.

5. Can I change my personal information through AEON THAI MOBILE?

No , You can request to change your information via AEON Website  www.aeon.co.th

6. What is PAYNOW?

Is the payment service provide by AEON company,You can pay bill through AEON THAI MOBILE APPLICATION by deducted from your bank account. 
Payments are available online as soon as you make a payment and can be used immediately (This is as per Company's terms and conditions) 

7. I can not download the application. What should I do?

• Check your device's internet connection.
• Check availability for storing your device's memory

For HUAWEI mobile users, open App store/ Google Play store and type AEON THAI MOBILE then, click Download/ Update.
If you cannot solve the problem, please contact HUAWEI support.

8. I can not open application

• Check your device's internet connection.
• Verify the operating system of the device as your the requirements
• Jailbreaked / Rooted Device is not allowed to use the application.

9. I can not log in the application because the account is suspended

10. The registration is failed because do not get OTP , How should I do?

11. I forgot my login PIN (6 Digits)

Press Forgot Login Pin and register application again

12. What is "E-Coupon" ?

E-Coupon is discount code that can get through AEON THAI MOBILE Application

2. What a channel can apply AEON credit card?

1. Apply by Internet at AEON website

3. What are requirement documents for apply Aeon Credit Card ?

1. Copy of ID Card, Government officer card or State enterprise employee
2. House registration (1st page and showed applicant name)
3. Letter of payroll slip/Letter of guarantee from employer or certifying your income per month.(Issued not over 3 months)./Withholding tax (Last year).
4. Copy of bank account first page and copy of bank statement (180 days backward)
5. Business owner use copy of trade registration / Company Registration certification of limited partnership

4. Checking status credit card, Result approval

The period of consideration within 2 weeks (Order to company consideration) You can check result of application via IVR system 0-2665-0123 press 3 Everyday throughout 24 hours

5. How to activate card? (Start to use credit card) ?

6. How about interest rate and service fee for credit card ?

1. Interest rate 16% per year (Shopping/Cashing) Effective from 1 August 2020
2. Fee for the withdrawal cash by credit card is 3% of amount (Excluding VAT 7%)

7. How can check available limit?

1. Via AEON THAI MOBILE APPLICATION ( Download in App strore or Google Pay)

8. What is the Promotion Code ?

1. What is basic qualification for applying General Hire Purchase ?

If you are AEON member ,you are able to bring member card or AEON Credit Card Along with your ID.card, contact at Aeon 's Dealer.
Qualification for new customer :

1. Age 20-65 years old
2. Working period more than 4 months
3. Provide documents of minimum income 8,000 Baht
4. Have contactable telephone number both at home and office
5. Current address is in the service area of AEON

3. What type of merchandises could be applied for Hire Purchase Service ?

Present AEON have service hire purchase of product type Motorcycle and Second hand car.

4. How many term of payment for applying General Hire Purchase ?

Term of payment Starting from 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36 or up to 84 Months (base on credit control condition) 

5. Where are places to apply Hire Purchase Service ?

Customers can use the service at the dealer Merchant that show AEON symbol.

6. How to do If you would like to do hire purchase but you was never member of AEON

Customer can fill the application along with documents at dealer shop or customer can apply member or credit card before do installment

5. Hold Card : In case Lost Card, Stolen Card or found unthorized transaction make a sequestered transaction by this service.

2. How to register AEON Online Services ?

2. Welcome to AEON Online.

Conditions :  Registration of  AEON Online service is only required for AEON cardholders.

3. Forgot Password , how to solve problem ?

1. Go to login page and click "AEON Online Services" at AEON Online Services
2. Click "Forgot Password" at Forgot password, Input your identity card number  and confirm code
3. Confirm e-mail and click confirm
4. Get security code via e-mail for input code and click confirm
5. Set up new password

4. How to enter password because the text is protected ?

Exits www.aeon.co.th few minutes and try the transaction again, or adjust the font size of the web to be smaller by going to View>> Text Size, try to adjust the font size smaller

5. How to apply E-statement ?

How to apply E-statement via AEON THAI MOBILE Application  

1. Login to AEON THAI MOBILE Application Click "E-Statement"
2. Apply E-Statement by Click "Paperless" at Bottom right cormer
3. Confirm your eamil
4. The System will send OTP via your registered email ,then input that OTP and click "apply" 
5. The System will inform you that already applied ,then click "accept" 
6. After applying for E-Statement is completed, Notification will be sent to customer
   
   

How to apply E-statement via AEON Website 

1. Enter www.aeon.co.th
2. Register / Login to AEON Online Services
3. Input User and Password to Login
4. Click "E-Statement" 
5. Click "Apply to stop paper statement"
6. Press confirm E-Mail and accept conditions
7. Apply to stop paper statement completely
8. The system will send email E-Statement Registration to user's email

1. What is Your Cash?

Your cash is cash card and AEON Happy Pay installment payment You can withdraw money at

• AEON ATM
• KBANK ATM
• Thanachart bank ATM
• Ayudhya bank ATM
• Krung Thai Bank ATM
• Bangkok bank ATM
• Government Saving Bank ATM
• Siam Commercial Bank ATM

For more your convenient ,Company separate the limit for Credit card and your cash.

2. In case already have AEON credit card, can apply Your Cash or not

Yes, customer can apply new card

3. Credit limit of Your Cash card is together with limit of Credit card or not ?

If customer has credit card already and require to apply more Your Cash for more your convenient, Company separate the limit for Credit card and Your Cash.

4. How much does the interest rate and fee for Your Cash ?

Your Cash Interest rate is equal to Personal Loan interest rate 25% per Year. Effective from 1 August 2020 

5. In case customer would like to apply for AEON Happy Pay but does not hold a Member card of 4 categories/ or have no Your Cash limit, How shall customer apply for AEON Happy Pay?

Customer can apply a member card at Aeon counters nationwide

6. How can the customer know the approval result for AEON Happy Pay?

Customer can immediately know the result via EDC machine and system shall send SMS the result to customer's Mobile.

7. Installment loan and Happy Pay can be applied for maximum of 48 months installments period, Yes or No?

Yes, minimum payment shall not be less than 300 THB per month.

8. How many items transactions can customer apply for installment loan and Happy Pay per member?

There is not limit on the items, it depends on the available limit balance of customer.

9. In case customer cancel transaction, How does the merchant operate?

The cancel of AEON happy pay transaction is divided 2 cases:
1. In case customer cancel transaction before settlement, a merchant can cencel transaction via EDC machine.
2. In case customer cancel and return goods after settlement, a merchant should submit cancelling documents to AEON company.
AEON compay shall cancel the transaction and refund the amount to customer in the next settlement. The company reserve
the right to refund MDR 1.3% to merchant.

10. What is a loan service agreement?

Loan service agreement is a new agreement of AEONTS loan service for Your Cash member card holder.

11. Why do I need to change agreement of loan service?

To facilitate for Your Card member? and supporting electronic financial services, which will be developed in the future.

12. Why do I need to pay stamp duty?

Generally, in making a new loan agreement, stamp duty has to be paid in order to file for  the Revenue Department every time.

13. In case of increasing credit limits

In case of receiving increase of credit limit the company will charge stamp duty from the new limit that has been increased.

14. In case customer does not accept, what will be the impact?

If customer does not accept the new loan service agreement, it will affect the charge of stamp duty which will be charged with the same amount as the old loan service agreement.

1. Contact at AEON Branches for fill request form change information. Please prepare ID Card or copy of ID Card
   (Certified true copy)
2. Send copy of ID Card (Certified true copy) with specify your new address and contact number ,then sending a fax request to 0-2430-5120,02-430-5121
3. You can changing your information at AEON Online Service, "Change Profile Service"  

2. How to hold credit card, in case of lost or stolen ?

In case of lost or stolen

1. Contact to hold card 0-2665-0123 press 5
2. If you use AEON Online Services; Hold Card Service, you can hold card via website immediately.


In case of damage card or re-issue card

Contact at AEON Branches for fill request form re-issue card and please prepare ID card

3. What is AEON Happy Plan ?

AEON Happy Plan is the program for convert credit purchase of product & service to an installment payment program. And this shall not include transactions of cash advances, transactions incurred from temporary credit limit, purpose loan facilities, penalty fees, interests and any fees and charges.

4. What is terms and conditions of Aeon Happy Plan ?

1. Interest rate 16% per year with declining balance rate
2. Credit card spending must be 3,000 baht up per sale slip
3. Credit card with minimum payment of 500 bath per month
4. Can choose a payment period of 3,6,9 and 10 months
5. Once transaction is confirmed cannot be cancelled

6. How to redeem AEON Happy Rewards?

8. Payment due date and account summary date

AEON has the account summary date on 10 of each month and payment due date is on 2 of next month

9. How to request SMS payment balance ?

Request SMS for ask payment 0-2665-0123 press 2 and press 3 

10. How to make payment if not receive payment advice

1. Can make payment through AEON THAI MOBILE "PAY NOW" function.
2. Use AEON Member Card or Credit Card do payment via AEON Depositor
3. Use previous payment advice barcode for make the payment via AEON Depositor or counter service.
4. Download pay-in-slip form and take the form to do payment at Bank counter
5. Use ID. Card or agreement number from payment advice to do payment at Counter service

11. How to increase limit ?

1. Contact AEON Branches Nationwide
2. Fill in request form and please prepare necessary document such as ID Card , AEON Card and payroll slip/salary certification
from company.
3. The period of consideration within 2 weeks
Initially, the card activated use and paid continuously. By the way ,within last 6 months has not increase limit can apply to
increase limit

12. How to do if a card was expired ?

The company will send a card to customer automatically. In case of customer has not receive the card, please contact AEON
branches for checking details or issue card (Contact AEON branches nationwide)

13. In case cardholder request to check or dispute transaction, Where can I download the form ?

You can download at Cardholder Dispute Form

After you already downloaded form, you can proceed as follows:             

Documents require   

1. Copy ID card with certified true copied
2. Cardholder Dispute Form with certified signature        
3. Other evidences (If any)
