Terms and Conditions

• Exclusively for all Card members of Big C Platinum Visa Card issued by AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“Company”) only.
• Term and Condition of instant discount at Big C
  
  • Instant Discount for selected items at Big C Supercenter, Big C Extra, Big C Market, Mini Big C, Big C Food Place, Big C Depot, Pure drug store and Big C Shopping Online.
  • Card members must make payments by Big C Platinum Visa Card together with scanning Big Point QR code on the back of the same card only
  • Maximum discount 1,000 Baht / month / card. Supplementary card gets additional discount up to 1,000 Baht / card / month (Limit number on 1 supplementary card / primary card)
  • The discount will be calculated from the eligible full spending payment, including Electric  Appliance Category and spending amount will be calculated after deduction of discount coupon or gift voucher excluding  tobacco, liquor, selective club pack, infant milk powder items, gift voucher, gift card, air time top-up, bill payment, online-booking services, optical store and mall tenant deposit or shop at plaza location, food center, certain medicines and medical supplies which are not permitted for any marketing or promotional purposes by applicable laws, all types of loan and hire purchase transactions, installment purchases and other selected items as prescribed by the Company
  • In case of refund and/or cancellation of purchased item, Card members will be refunded at the same amount of net payment (after discount)
  • The Company reserves the right to reimburse discount quota for the refund and/or cancellation made within the spending month only
  • Conditions are as prescribed by Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited
  • Discount is the exclusive rights of the cardholders and cannot be transferred, changed or exchanged to cash or other services.
    
    
• Term and Condition of AEON Happy Plan
  
  • Big C Platinum payWave cardholders can enjoy 0% interest for 6-month installment payment with AEON Happy Plan when purchasing electric appliances (selected items) from 5,000 Baht or more / sales slip at every branch of Big C Supercenter and Big C Extra
  • Terms, conditions, agreements, rules and regulations of credit card are as prescribe in the Terms for Installment Payment via AEON Card (AEON Happy Plan) by the Company
  • Please check additional details of products, terms and conditions at Financial Counter in electric appliance department of every branch of Big C Supercenter and Big C Extra
    
    
• Term and condition of AEON Happy Point (20 Baht = 1 Point)
• Every 20 Baht spending through of Big C Platinum Visa Card, both primary and supplementary, card members will earn 1 AEON Happy Point automatically, AEON Happy Point is calculated from the spending amount for purchase of goods and services only, excluding overdue debt interest, installment interest, fees, cash advance fees and electricity bill payment.
• Every 1,000 collective Point can redeem Big C E-Coupon valued 100 Baht via AEON THAI MOBILE Application.
• Points earned via Big C Platinum Visa Card may not be combined with or transferred between Big C Platinum payWave and other card types.
• AEON Happy Point are not transferable or convertible to cash, goods or other services.
• Please check AEON Happy Point balance, expiry date and additional details in monthly payment advice or on www.aeon.co.th.
• Big C Platinum Visa Card members must be valid holders of AEON Credit Cards and in good standing with no delinquency of credit card and/or all types of loan of the Company.
• In case of fraudulently using Big C Platinum Visa Card, using for commercial purpose, overpayment exceeding credit limit and/or breach of Terms and Conditions prescribed by the Company. The Company reserves the right to suspend, deny or cancel offering Privileges.
• Participation in this campaign is reserved for active cardholders with payment history in good standing under the Company’s criteria throughout the campaign and up until the privileges receiving date. Privileges will not be granted if (1) overpayment is made into cardholder’s credit card account; (2) cardholder uses credit card or loan for any purpose in contrary to the law, public order or good morals, for commercial purpose or for the business of cardholder, cardholder’s family, relatives or close acquaintances; (3) cardholder uses credit card or loan in the manner of not complying with the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Company or the terms and conditions of this campaign. The Company reserves the right to cancel the privileges if the cardholder is later found to be unqualified or ineligible.
• The Company is not involved with goods and/or services, in case of defect, please contact the manufacturer or service provider directly.
• Terms and Conditions of Big C E-coupon are as prescribed by the Company and Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited.
• In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
• Privileges cannot be transferred to or converted into cash or other privileges.
• Please check selected items and additional details at Stores, Sales booth or at www.aeon.co.th/bigc/ and other advertising media of the Company
• Where these terms and conditions are in Thai and foreign languages, if there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies the Thai version shall prevail for interpretation.
