Terms & Conditions

• The privileges are reserved for AEON J-Premier Platinum Card customers (“Card members”) which card are issued by AEON Thanasinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“The Company”)
  
  
• Terms & Conditions of AEON J-Premier Platinum Card comply with (1) Card Activation in Current (2) Card members status is active cardholders with payment history in good standing under the Company’s criteria throughout the campaign and up until the cash back receiving date. (3) The transaction must be purchasing on goods/service via AEON J-Premier Platinum Card only.
  
  
• Get Cash Back up to THB 1,500 / primary card / billing cycle for any spending amount by earning 2% cash back scheme which made from any participating merchant & country, except any transaction from AEON Department store in Japan for earning 5% cash back
  
  
• The billing cycle of credit card accounts is on 11th of current month until 10_th of next month. The transaction of supplementary card (if any) will be calculated into a primary card accounts.
  
  
• Except Thai Baht currency, Use in other countries, Foreign Currency Exchange, Cash advance, Fee, Insurance, Hire Purchases, Public utility payment, Funds, Mutual funds, auto bill payment, Cancelled and refunded transaction, Commercial use transaction, Payment which is not comply these terms and conditions, illegal transaction and TAX refund etc.
  
  
• The Company reserves the right to revoke delegate or charge back all or some of cash back benefit if the company found any fraud, actions that illegal laws or related regulators such Bank of Thailand (BOT) including claim for damages from Card members.
  
  
• The Company will rebate cardholder the cash back into the primary card accounts within 90 days after the end of billing cycle (every 10th of month), If the cash back has not been received, please inform the company within 120 days after end of billing cycle, and in case of incorrectness of cash back, please inform the company within 30 days from cash back receiving date.
  
  
• The company reserves the right to prevail of reference from the company’s data. Card members have to keep sale slip when the company requests the evidence, otherwise the company shall take the company’s data is right.
  
  
• The company reserves the right to give discount or privilege under the company terms and conditions or other service providers. Please check additional details at Stores, Sales booth, other Public Relation News of the company or aeon.co.th or call center during 0-2665-0999 Operator 24 Hours Daily.
  
  
• The Company reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions, methods and other rights hereunder by giving notice on website aeon.co.th In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.

• The privileges are only for Primary Card members who transac via AEON J-Premier Platinum Card in Merchant Category Code (“MCC code”) of Airline category by code 3000-3299 and Tour Travel Agency category by code 4722, 5962 only
• Card members must register before 2 days of flight departure in advance for receiving the protection as following the coverage policy via Call Center tel. 0-2665-0999 during Operator 24 Hours Daily
• Card members can access to a clinical care service for more than 100 hospitals or clinics leading networks in Japan without any advance as details of coverage are following;

  - The coverage starts 2 hours before departure and ends 2 hours after arrival flight.
  
  - The protection period is not exceeding for 15 days since the date of departure, including residence in Japan. The company and agents reserves the right to end the insurance coverage automatically when the period is cover.
  
  - The protection of Insurance plan extends over 15 days automatically in case there is disaster and the government has the official announcement e.g. Flight cancelled. Without prior notice from card members but must present the require documents to the company or agents after the situation turns to normal.

  - Accident means the sudden incident occur by external factors and causes to assured without intention.
  
  - The currency exchange rate base on the acceptable date of an accident

Earn point to Mileage and other

Earn 1 point for every THB 20 usage and Every 2 points redeem 1 mile

- Minimum redemption on mileage

• Redemption up to 1 time / person / card / day
• Minimum 1,000 points for mileage of ROP by TG and JMB by JAL

- Card members must have the number of ROP account or JMB account before redemption with AEON Happy Reward program

- The company reserves the right of redemption period for 2-3 weeks after the redemption completely, Card members must processed the redemption before traveling in advance. The company reserves the right not to responsible for any failure from filling the information by Card members

- The Company reserves the right to round down the point redemption without prior notice in case of the point redemption has over requirement  e.g. card members redeem 3,500 points, the system will calculate only 3,000 points

- Redemption privilege of AEON J-Premier Platinum Card cannot transfer / combine with other program of other AEON Credit Cards

- The Company reserves the right not to cancel on the mileage redemption and return to AEON Happy Point Reward after the mileage redemption is completed. Terms & Conditions and expiry date of miles are complied with Thai Airways and Japan Airlines.
